Employer brand campaign
from humor to emotion, including belonging.
To help with recruitment and allow Westrock of Warwick to find new employees, we set up a creative campaign where we imagined a world without boxes.
The goal was to make people understand the importance of these in our lives and therefore, the importance of coming to work at Westrock to ensure the future of clubs.
In a second hiring campaign, we implemented a series of employee videos in addition to an employer brand video moving forward with the brand manifesto format. The videos and photos were posted on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
